Purpose of Training:
This course is recommended for cockpit personnel assigned as flight crew in the 'Transportation of Dangerous Goods' by air, according to IATA's DG Training Guide.
Target Audience: New entrants to the industry, pilots working as Flight Crew in Airline and Air Taxi companies.
Content of the Training:
· Identification and Classification of Hazardous Substances
· Transportation of Hidden Dangerous Goods in cargo or shipments
· Dangerous substances that are prohibited from being carried in luggage
· NOTOCs and NOTOC filling
· Emergency procedures
· Identification of prohibited and hidden dangerous substances
· Management of hazardous materials before and in flight
· Reporting of hazardous material accidents
· Significant changes and corrections in the latest edition of the IATA DGR
Duration of Training: 4 lesson hours
(Our course is provided as classroom training, virtual live online training and on-site training for companies).
Technical requirements: Please check your hardware, software and network before your DGR Training. Stable Internet connection, Laptop or desktop computer, at least Windows 10 or Macintosh (Mac OS X 10.7+), Mobile (Safari or Google Chrome), microphone/headset, webcam required.
Prerequisites: None
Certificate: IATA SDA Certificate and Directorate General of Civil Aviation DGCA approved certificate. Valid for 24 months. The passing score is at least 80.
