Purpose of Training:
This course is recommended for 'Personnel Responsible for Accepting Dangerous Goods Shipments' by air in accordance with IATA's DG Training Manual. This course gives you the opportunity to work with other experienced hazardous materials professionals as you refresh your knowledge and skills.
Target Audience: New entrants to the industry, DG Bill of Lading acceptance personnel of Airlines, Freight forwarders and Cargo Agencies. Shippers preparing DG bill of lading, Operator's shipping personnel.
Content of the Training:
· Significant changes and corrections in the latest edition of the IATA DGR
· Legal responsibilities of key stakeholders
· Reviewing the implementation of relevant sections of the current IATA DGR
· The importance of correct identification and classification of hazardous substances
· Safety implications and net quantity limitations of packaging types
. End-to-end communication of hazards and handling requirements using accurate signs and labels
· Radioactive material transportation
· Completion of the acceptance checklist
· Impact of Status and Operator differences on hazardous material acceptance to properly fulfill mandatory verification requirements
· Continue to correctly perform duties related to the acceptance of dangerous goods shipments.

· Preparation of Consignments Containing Radioactive Substances
· Preparation of Consignments Containing Lithium Batteries
Duration of Training: 5 days (40 lesson hours)
(Our course is provided as classroom training, virtual live online training and on-site training for companies).
Technical requirements: Please check your hardware, software and network before your DGR Training. Stable Internet connection, Laptop or desktop computer, at least Windows 10 or Macintosh (Mac OS X 10.7+), Mobile (Safari or Google Chrome), microphone/headset, webcam required.
Prerequisites: None
Certificate: IATA SDA Certificate and Directorate General of Civil Aviation DGCA approved certificate. Valid for 24 months. The passing score is at least 80.
