Purpose of Training: The main purpose of the course is to specialize personnel in screening techniques, including manual search techniques, to ensure that they have general information about the devices used at security checkpoints, conventional x-ray devices, and to ensure that x-ray operators can identify suspicious and prohibited substances and take appropriate precautions.
Target Audience: New entrants to the sector, personnel responsible for scanning passengers, personnel and their accompanying belongings and cabin baggage during passage to security-restricted areas,
Personnel who scan people entering cargo, airport and flight supply facilities located in security-restricted areas. Personnel who scan company materials and mail to go in the aircraft cabin. Personnel of the airline company and ground service provider who perform check-in and boarding operations.
