Purpose of Training: It is aimed to provide training on basic IATA cargo rules and procedures and how Freight forwarder and airline cargo units work.
Target Audience: New entrants to the industry, Sales, reservation and acceptance personnel of airlines and manufacturers, Freight forwarder operations and Cargo agency sales and marketing personnel.
Content of the Training:
· Operations at cargo agencies, airlines and freight forwarders
· Air cargo acceptance basic rating principles
· Air waybill completion
· Industry terminology and abbreviations
· IATA geography, TACT and other cargo guides
· Determining the needs of the sender and receiver who implement the processes related to the transportation of dangerous goods
· Developing an efficient and reliable shipping service that can be sold at an attractive price
· Marketing cargo services to business partners and customers
· Shipping pricing policies and currency regulations, conversion rates, rounding procedures and rates
· Mixed consignments, combination of rates and charges, declaration of goods and filling Air Waybill
· Classification, packaging, marking, labeling and documentation requirements of dangerous goods
Duration of Training: 5 days (40 lesson hours)

Certificate: General Directorate of Civil Aviation DGCA approved certificate ( accepted by IATA)
