Purpose of Training: The main purpose of the course is to To ensure that personnel understand the importance of aviation security and are able to implement preventive and protective security measures at a standard level to protect civil aviation against illegal acts .
Target Audience: New entrants to the industry, Authorized agency and personnel who apply other security checks except the screening of air cargo/mail by the known sender.
Content of the Training:
Purpose of education
Airport operator, aircraft operator, authorized cargo agencies and responsibilities of known senders
Security manager responsibilities
Recognizing prohibited substances
Recognizing and identifying prohibited substances,
Recognizing the components of home/improvised explosive devices (IED), Procedures to be followed in case of detection of prohibited substances/threat ,
Methods of hiding/hiding prohibited substances
Access control to facilities/warehouses, Access control to security restricted areas
Airport entry cards and inquiry procedures, Procedures for visitors and customers - Monitoring, Interrogation of unknown persons
What to do in case of a bomb report
Security of vehicles in facilities
Security checks before installation
