Purpose of Training: The main purpose of the course is to ensure that Cleaning personnel have knowledge of and implement preventive security measures at a standard level to protect civil aviation against illegal actions.
Target Audience: New entrants to the industry, all personnel responsible for cleaning the
aircraft.
Content of the Training:
Purpose of education
Purposes of threat and cleaning security
Appointment of security manager
Access control to facilities including storage areas
Access control to security restricted areas/critical areas of security restricted areas
Acceptance of materials in facilities
Protection of cleaning materials and equipment from unauthorized interventions
Transportation to aircraft in facilities - vehicle security
What to do in case of identification and detection of suspicious or prohibited substances
Reporting procedures when a suspicious object is detected or suspected situations occur
Access control measures on aircraft
Evaluating phone bomb threats
Safe cleaning procedures (if applicable)
FINAL EXAM
Duration of Training: 1 Day (8 hours)
Prerequisites: Identity and Archive Criminal Record
Certificate: General Directorate of Civil Aviation DGCA approved certificate
